You can easily use this simple form to promote and submit information about an upcoming event or festival – which will then be displayed in the events section of this site.

Your event or festival should offer the visitor the chance to sample and enjoy many great beers and ciders that have been crafted with integrity, skill and excellence.

Once submitted the information provided will be reviewed and hopefully approved shortly afterwards. This normally happens within a few hours (no more than 24) – and once approved the event is posted on this site, our facebook page, Google+ page and is tweeted on the @bruharoo feed.

This service is completely free, simple and quick to use – and will hopefully help promote and attract even more attendees to your event.

  • Please indicate which part of the country is the event or festival taking part in?
  • Please enter the location of the event - the post code is important for mapping on Google maps
  • Please enter details about the event or festival, for example: the daily timings; how many beers or ciders will be on offer; will there be food or live music; what breweries are involved; and so on
  • Please enter a web site link if the event or festival has one
  • Please upload an image for the event or festival if you have one - this will be used as the main image for the event post - please ensure it is of reasonable quality and not too big (max 900 x 600)
  • Please add a phone number for the event or festival if there is one
  • Please enter an email address so we can let you know that the event or festival has been successfully submitted for approval
