Guildford Beer Festival 2013 – South East England

Details: The GBF continues to focus on independent and micro-breweries in Surrey and the surrounding counties.
There will be approximately 70 cask ales on offer. There will be a varied range of ABVs, colours and different styles of ale (bitter, milds, porters, IPA, blonde ales, strong ales).
These are sourced from 20 breweries. Of these, nine will be new to the GBF. Four of the new breweries opened since the start of 2013.
Ascot Ales (www.ascot-ales.co.uk) is the GBF’s lead sponsor for the first time in 2013. Its beers will be well represented.
We are not forgetting cider drinkers – there will be about 12 handcrafted ciders from small producers.
Separate from the Beer Tent, will have a bar in the Music Tent selling an interesting range of wines and soft drinks.
Our aim is to assemble a good variety including some hard-to-find and unusual cask ales, all served in excellent condition.
